EDITORIAL PHOTOGRAPHY

Shooting across five continents, I've had thousands of photos published in 30+ publications (print and digital) including The New York Times, Autoblog.com, Car and Driver, The Detroit News, The Chicago Sun Times, and Popular Mechanics. I also shot most of the images in my coffee table book, Motor City Dream Garages (published 2007). Autoblog.com recognized eight of my images in their "Best Photos of 2010." 

My first camera was a manual SLR Konica TC. I graduated to a motor-back Konica FS-1 in the late 1970s, and purchased a used medium-format Hasselblad 500 ELX system with five lenses in the 1980s.  I entered the digital age with a Canon 5-D Mark 1.

Over the years I've completed many business and personal portraiture assignments.  I enjoy working with clients to capture the feelings they're hoping to convey.  I'm happy to shoot special occasions, LinkedIn style head shots, family portraits, and even pets.
